If you are not happy with Pro, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund you in full. We do not ask why. We do not require any justification. One email and the money goes back to your original payment method through Paddle.

How to request a refund

Frequently asked questions
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued through Paddle and usually appear on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post the credit.
What happens to my data after a refund?
Your account moves to the free tier. Your tasks, sessions, journal entries, and blocklists stay intact. You can export everything from Settings at any time.
How long is the refund window?
You have 14 days from the date of each Pro charge to request a refund. After 14 days, future charges are still eligible as they happen, but earlier ones are not.
Do I need to give a reason?
No. We do not ask for a reason and we do not require justification. Email us and we will process the refund.
