Terms of Service

Dopaze is operated by LeadsNite, a business based in Pakistan. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to LeadsNite. "You" refers to the person using the Service.

These Terms apply to Dopaze (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page. If the changes are material, we will also flag them by email or inside the app. Continued use after updates means you accept the new version.

Dopaze is a focus and productivity tool. It includes:

• A web dashboard for focus sessions, tasks, goals, a journal, and analytics • A Chrome and Firefox browser extension that blocks distracting websites during active focus sessions

Features available on each plan are listed on our Pricing page. We may adjust features over time and will give reasonable notice of any material reduction.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dopaze. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Provide accurate information when you sign up. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

If we believe an account is being used fraudulently, to abuse the Service, or in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or close it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful • Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code • Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written permission • Upload harmful code, or attack or overload our infrastructure • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation • Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond normal use

Dopaze offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Current pricing is on our Pricing page.

Pro is sold through Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy also apply at the point of purchase.

Pro is billed monthly. By subscribing through Paddle, you authorise Paddle to charge the price on each billing date until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may pause access to Pro features until the payment is resolved.

If we change the Pro price, we will give at least 30 days' notice. Users on the early access price keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active without a gap.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

You own the tasks, sessions, journal entries, and other content you create in Dopaze.

You grant us a limited right to store and process that content only so we can run the Service for you (for example, syncing it between the web app and the extension).

We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and why.

Dopaze, including its code, design, written content, branding, and the name itself, belongs to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

You get a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for your own personal or internal business use, as long as you follow these Terms.

Dopaze is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, free of bugs, or secure against every possible threat.

To the extent allowed by law, Dopaze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can cancel your Pro subscription or close your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, or if we decide to stop operating the Service.

When your account ends, you lose access to paid features, and your data may be deleted after a short wind-down period. Export anything you want to keep before cancelling.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or inside the app where reasonable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
